The app is a Public beta for Apple Silicon Macs. Compatibility is evaluated for each exact watch model and variant. See Compatibility before using it. Donations are optional and do not unlock features, maps or provider access.
Software and third-party licences
Terento source code and original website HTML, CSS and JavaScript are licensed under GPL-3.0-or-later, unless a file states otherwise. Read the licence.
Bundled libraries retain their own licences: libmtp 1.1.23 and libusb 1.0.30 use LGPL-2.1-or-later. Fonts and other third-party assets also retain their respective terms. Licence notices and source information are in Third-party notices.
The software licence does not grant trademark rights in Terento. Modified versions must not be presented as official Terento releases.
Map licences
Maps come from MapRando, Freizeitkarte, OpenTopoMap and BBBike and remain subject to their providers’ licences and OpenStreetMap attribution. Your own imported maps remain subject to their applicable terms.
Terento does not create or relicense these maps, or host, mirror or redistribute their files on its servers. Catalog maps download from the original provider to your Mac and then your watch.
Names and independence
Garmin and its product names are trademarks of Garmin Ltd. Apple, Mac, macOS and Apple Silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc. They are used descriptively. Terento is not affiliated with, endorsed or certified by either company.
Beta software and your rights
Beta software may contain errors, including errors affecting maps, device operation or data. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided without warranty as described in its licence.
No notice here excludes or limits liability where the law prohibits that exclusion or limitation, including liability for intent or gross negligence. Your mandatory rights under Lithuanian and EU law remain unaffected.

Software und Drittanbieter-Lizenzen
Der Terento-Quellcode sowie eigenes HTML, CSS und JavaScript der Website stehen unter GPL-3.0-or-later, sofern eine Datei nichts anderes angibt. Lies die Lizenz.
Mitgelieferte Bibliotheken behalten ihre Lizenzen: libmtp 1.1.23 und libusb 1.0.30 stehen unter LGPL-2.1-or-later. Für Schriften und andere Inhalte Dritter gelten deren Bedingungen. Lizenz- und Quellinformationen stehen in den Drittanbieter-Hinweisen.
Die Softwarelizenz gewährt keine Markenrechte an Terento. Veränderte Versionen dürfen nicht als offizielle Terento-Veröffentlichungen dargestellt werden.
Kartenlizenzen
Karten stammen von MapRando, Freizeitkarte, OpenTopoMap und BBBike. Es gelten die jeweiligen Lizenzen und die OpenStreetMap-Namensnennung. Für selbst importierte Karten gelten deren jeweilige Bedingungen.
Terento erstellt oder lizenziert diese Karten nicht neu und hostet, spiegelt oder verteilt ihre Dateien nicht auf eigenen Servern. Katalogkarten werden vom ursprünglichen Anbieter auf deinen Mac und anschließend auf deine Uhr übertragen.
Namen und Unabhängigkeit
Garmin und seine Produktnamen sind Marken von Garmin Ltd. Apple, Mac, macOS und Apple Silicon sind Marken von Apple Inc. Die Namen werden beschreibend verwendet. Terento ist mit keinem dieser Unternehmen verbunden und wird von ihnen weder unterstützt noch zertifiziert.
Betasoftware und deine Rechte
Betasoftware kann Fehler enthalten, die Karten, Gerätefunktionen oder Daten beeinträchtigen. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, wird die Software ohne Gewährleistung gemäß ihrer Lizenz bereitgestellt.
Diese Hinweise schließen keine Haftung aus und begrenzen sie nicht, soweit das Gesetz dies untersagt, insbesondere bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit. Deine zwingenden Rechte nach litauischem und EU-Recht bleiben unberührt.

Licences des cartes

Terento ne crée pas ces cartes, ne change pas leurs licences et ne les héberge, copie en miroir ou redistribue pas sur ses serveurs. Les cartes du catalogue sont téléchargées depuis le fournisseur d’origine vers votre Mac, puis votre montre.
Noms et indépendance
Garmin et ses noms de produits sont des marques de Garmin Ltd. Apple, Mac, macOS et Apple Silicon sont des marques d’Apple Inc. Leur utilisation est descriptive. Terento n’est affilié à aucune de ces sociétés et n’est ni approuvé ni certifié par elles.
Bêta et vos droits
Une bêta peut contenir des erreurs affectant les cartes, le fonctionnement de l’appareil ou les données. Dans la mesure permise par la loi, le logiciel est fourni sans garantie, comme indiqué dans sa licence.
Aucune mention n’exclut ni ne limite une responsabilité lorsque la loi l’interdit, notamment en cas de faute intentionnelle ou lourde. Vos droits impératifs au titre du droit lituanien et européen restent inchangés.

Garmin a názvy jeho produktů jsou ochranné známky Garmin Ltd. Apple, Mac, macOS a Apple Silicon jsou ochranné známky Apple Inc. Používají se popisně. Terento není s těmito společnostmi spojeno ani jimi podporováno nebo certifikováno.
Beta a vaše práva
Beta může obsahovat chyby ovlivňující mapy, fungování zařízení nebo data. V rozsahu povoleném právem je software poskytován bez záruky, jak uvádí jeho licence.
Žádné oznámení nevylučuje ani neomezuje odpovědnost tam, kde to zákon zakazuje, včetně úmyslu nebo hrubé nedbalosti. Vaše kogentní práva podle litevského práva a práva EU zůstávají nedotčena.
